Re: What lightwind kite should I choose for a small rider?

I'm 65 kg and as many told you if you go for the soul go for the 12. Otherwise go for the zephir as it has really huge windrange.

Re: Why Peru is not a more popular kite destination?

Food in Peru it's just amazing. I think they have the best food in all LA. I'm actually living in Chile and here is windy but water is cooler and food sucks. I'd like to kite in Peru but for a kite trip I'd pick Brazil.

Re: Chile - Matanzas, Roca cuadrada...

La Boca - Matanzas are about 10 km apart. About wetsuits I saw Chileans wearing a 3.2 when I was on 5.4 so go figure.

Re: Chile - Matanzas, Roca cuadrada...

Matanzas could be pretty expensive now as it's high season. I once meet a guy who rented in Las Brisas (on the maps it's just over the name La Boca https://www.google.cl/maps/dir/-33.9359127,-71.8477072//@-33.9366376,-71.8562065,3111m/data=!3m1!1e3!4m2!4m1!3e0 ) which is cheaper than Matanzas and ri...

Re: Chile Matanzas - kite size?

I personally prefer pupuya over matanzas. In matanzas the launch is sketchy. Eventually you can ride in roca cuadrada too (just downwind from matanzas). I think that a 10 is way too much. I'm 60 kg and I use a board with boots all the time I've been in pupuya I always used my 7 mt and some days a 5 ...

Re: King of the Air 2017 - all info here

I wonder if Jacobsen has any chance to win? He is against 2 RB riders... I'd love to know why are you always crying. There is a series of video with Jacobsen riding with Langeree and Zoon where he clearly say to be honored to have the chance to ride to them. As they are world champions and out of h...

Re: Florianopolis

I'd like to ask some more questions: Tide seems small so I guess it doesn't affect kiting too much. Do you know if there is a particular timeframe for the wind? I mean in many place I've been you kite 13-17 in some 12-20. In some pacific island I could kite as soon as 7 am and in NZ with NE I could ...

Re: Matanzas Chile - Surf store?

Have you try to contact http://www.sideonkitesurf.cl/
they do classes in la boca so you should find something.

Just as curiosity: Have you find water there freezing and you are looking for a thick wetsuit or it's just me that go out with 5/4 even in summer?
