Sorry sendit, I have already thrown it out. Otherwise I would have shipped it to you so you could use one kite size smaller.
Damnit!

Thin pocket board, mast and foil stack so flat it would fit between the seats of a Ferrari. I should get one.
Love this! I mean, based on that, how could you NOT get one?!

Re: Confusion on Slingshot's 2019 line

Grigorib thanks for questioning the weight that I came up with. I did mention that the scale was not wildly accurate but I had no idea how much it was out. I weighed it again this morning on three different scales. the original one still came up with the same weight but the other two came up with a...

Re: SS’s New Infinity Wings

Good point. I followed Slingshot's recommendation and put the mast through the wing, too. I just wish I could get the wind to do better than this here...

Re: SS’s New Infinity Wings

Disclaimer-I sell these as well as others... I just got the FSurf (Infinity 76) for my own personal setup. I'm 230 pies and we have a lot of light wind around here. I got out on it for my first time a week or so ago in something around 10mph or less. There were no whitecaps visible anywhere. I was u...

Re: Ride Engine ? Slingshot warranty issue

The folks at Ride Engine are awesome to deal with for any warranty issues. I'm a dealer for them, but I've even had customers that just got in touch with them before they even told me about it, and they were taken care of every time!

Yes, NW or NNW is fine in Salvo. If it goes NE, then your best soundside location is Frisco. Some will kite NNE in the flats adjacent to Mirlo Beach in Rodanthe, but Frisco is the cleanest NE wind on soundside and worth the drive.
Yeah, until that jug handle bridge goes in, anyway.

Re: Prodigy??

It's a good plan, matth. That 9.5 is probably one of my favorite kites I've ever flown. So fun to throw it around and it's forgiving if you goof. I had an 8 Flite and loved it, but just like BillyKP was saying, you better mind your manners. The 12 Prodigy will eat the gusts much better.

Re: Need Slingshot CSS Bungee, what year is my control bar

The original idea was to hook the leash right into point A. When you release the QR the kite flags to the center line. You can't loop or unhook like with newer bars but the safety's better than the velcro strap connected to the arm idea before it. If you put a bungee on that bar and eject, the O ri...

Re: Need Slingshot CSS Bungee, what year is my control bar

Before you get too far down the rabbit hole on that, why do you think that you need a CSS Bungee? Can you take a picture of what the problem is? My (total novice) understanding of how safety release should work on this bar tells me that there should be some kind of rope going from the metal ring A ...
