Re: Rider feedback please - Rebel 2018 on 4 and 5 vs 2017

OK this arvo was in a bit better wind. Had 18kts to play in, gusts to 20. 3hr sesh. Backroll kiteloop transitions with more height and power was good. DS with loop also good. Jumps nice as I was expecting after yesterday. Very vertical jumps with nice float, so I liked that part. The kite is rock so...

Yep and walking around in bare feet or open toed sandals is a no no as well. So really the first 8 weeks is a total waste.

Re: Fractured medial cuneiform

I'm already 8 weeks behind and not sure if I've damaged it more after walking on it after 2 weeks. It started to feel a bit better after 6 weeks so I started doing calf raises to build up strength again in my lower leg, thinking I was doing the right thing. At least now I know exactly what's wrong a...

Re: Fractured medial cuneiform

Definitely not in a hurry to get back out there as it could end it altogether if I don't get it right.

Fractured medial cuneiform

Hey guys and gals, I am after some advice for a good recovery and rehab work to do from anyone who has broken this bone in their foot. Unfortunately I was diagnosed incorrectly from the doctors at the hospital and told I had done ligament damage. The advice I received was to drop the crutches after ...

Re: Epic Screamer 10LTD and North Evo

If you felt uncomfortable with the kite in the gusts, then give it a miss.
Some kites aren't for everyone. You must have full confidence with you kite, so go demo the Evo and then give the Core XR4 a go as well.

Re: Do you boost equally on both tacks?

Yep it's the same for me, boost big on my good side and rigor mortis style on my bad side. I have concentrated on pop tricks on my bad side and doing well, some tricks I pull off better now on the bad side. So now I am concentrating doing jumping transitions to push past the rigor mortis and try to ...
