Re: Enata Foil reviews?

I didn't realize until recently, the Ghost Whisperer 111 with GW600 wing is a Moses Comet with different decals. It is a smaller wing for sure. I talked to two guys who have ridden the Comet/GhostW back to back with the Delta. One said he thought the comet was more stable at speed. The other guy sa...

Re: -ing gear for the lightest of the winds

Ive tested back to back between 16-19-25 lines in light winds, with my Chrono V2 15m UL, a Chrono V2 18m and a R1V1 15m and for me longer lines make a difference if you are in the lower limit of the kite, in the 18m the powerstoke its so small with 16m that it gets a nightmare to use it in the lower...

Re: Bloody onshore dumping wave combo.

I went out the other day in an onshore. At the tide I went out in theres a bit of a shelf and the waves pitch and dump. The waves weren't too big, but big enough to push me back when ever I got close to the shelf. The shelf is at chest height and you need to get past this point to water start. Man ...

Re: When it's windy....

Looks cold! Im surprised that you guys dont use dry suits over there We used to wear drysuits. Not anymore. They can't beat proper surfing wetsuit in terms of comfort and safety. Additionally we drift a lot. 6mm neoprene always provides solid buoyancy. A leaking drysuit works like anchors pulling a...

Re: Mosses 2018 stuff

Regarding the most all around / fun / easy setup, its the 101 mast with 550/330 or 550/325 if you have your foiling jibes/tacks sorted.

True about the on/off, the only thing i dont like in those conditions together with not being able to loop the kite smoothly.

Re: When it's windy....

I'm with cwood and Horst on this one and am foiling what ever the wind and water conditions. I've only used my twin tip and surfboard once each this year , I'm just really enjoying the challenge of foiling in ALL conditions 👍 I cant do that... When its blowing to 4½ or 5 m2 on a waveboard (pretty n...

Re: Extreme Lightwind... Amazed

So yesterday i got to test an extreme lightwind combo that completly changed my opinion about in how light winds you can foil: ... The board is the main key to the LW Kingdom. Not a kind of kite or a foil. ... It is when you ride a door. But for a foil as long as you're up on a foil upon first kite...
