Re: is high wind winging any good?!

I have a 5.2/3.5 combo.
As soon as I can I get the 3.5 out(15+) as it just feels nicer. So I would think of it not just as a high wind kite but a medium wind kite as well.
I’ve been out on a few 30knt days and it can get a bit wild, personally I give it a miss unless sea state Is friendly.

Re: Speed 3 kontra Speed 2

If you come to Mallorca you can test the speed3. We have great conditions to test the lightwind performance of your kite. Watch here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RHLodVtU7SA That looks such a bad spot to kitesurf, with all thoughs beach users and kites falling from sky. Not a place i would go to...

Re: Knee Operation:Will it ever be the same kiting?

I snapped ACLs in each knee about 15 years ago, not replaced, had 2 Key hole opps, knees are now F*****, due to wear and tear with out having stability of ACLs. I should of had them reconstructed at the time, but it was a fairly new opp then (talk of using pigs tendons!) so consultant thought better...

Pooly, a good way to practice ridding your board. Get your blue rope, tie it to a mates tow ball, get him to drive down a pier or sea wall, you know the type. He will prob pull you off the first time, but you will have a big smile on your face and really enjoy it. Try and keep your knees bent as it ...

The Havocs 2007, 14m are now on "Sale"

What do people think about them after using them for a season?
Good/Bad bits?

Have read they are slow through the air and not very good jumping kites.

I want a fast kite that turns quick, for 10-20 knts

Thanks for any help.

I have a 2005 session and owend an Exile.

I can say that the new Skywalkers are not like the exile , skywalkers have better flex than old exile. Old exile was a bit to stiff.

This from older boards, so take with pinch of salt.
Cheers.

Skywalker T-wave if you get waves as well, a great all round wave TT.

Love mine.

If its free style only, go with what you like.
