Re: st. maartin accomodation

I've been lucky enough to make a few trips to St Maartin. Gallion is pretty much one of the best spots i've ever kited. The water on the inside is flat and the outside of the ref provides some super fin waves to play on. On my last trip we had a couple of days of onshore wave riding and one of super...

Re: St Lucia, East Coast

Hey, There are defintely some other locations worth checking out. Access is a major issue though and the other problem is the East Coast is pretty rocky. None the less, there are definitely some nuggets of joy to be found. The best bet would be to get in touch with Beth at http://www.kitesurfingstlu...

Re: NPX Lucifer drysuit - where to buy, price?

One more go. Just realised the old copy paste trick..... Hey, Just thought i'd post on this forum. I was the guy riding in the heavily talked about suit in the photo. Firstly i know the suit is not for everyone. You either love it or hate it. But it definitely serves a purpose. Yes i am a tea...

Re: NPX Lucifer drysuit - where to buy, price?

Hey, I've been lucky enough to give the suit a few sessions. I wrote a short report back on it on the following forum following some scathing criticism from some forum users. http://community.flexifoil.com/showthre ... 616&page=2 There is a photo of the suit on the first page of the thread Please fe...

Re: Park Jam - The Uk's first Park style event.....

Big props have to be made for Chris and Stu who have worked their asses off building the obstacles.
The 60ft Rail is awesome.

2 days of riding down and many more to go.
Wind or no wind this event is one not to be missed.

Re: cabrinha boards 09 reviews??

Yeah the Caliber should be good for you.
I weigh about the same weight and can get going on the 136 Caliber and CB IDS13m in about 10kts.

Re: cabrinha boards 09 reviews??

My time on the Custom was pretty limited, but i was going upwind pretty easily on a 13m CBIDS in pretty marginal winds. It's not as good as the Caliber for upwind work (especially when the wind is light) but it seems to be ok especially when powered up. Unfortunately the only times i really got to r...

Re: cabrinha boards 09 reviews??

I've been riding the new Caliber 136 for a while and also had a few sessions on the new Custom 138. The Caliber is a great all round freestyle board. The extra width compared to the Imperial of last year definitely helps out. In light winds it gets going pretty early and rockets upwind. For freestyl...
