Re: Naish Torque Bar - flag line knot slipped through stopper

Hi,

I have the same bar but my stopper has been replaced with an blue aluminum stopper vs black plastic stopper. It came spec with the aluminum on both 2020 bars I purchased in spring 2020.

Worth chatting with your local shop/purchase location regarding a replacement.

Unplanned arrival in Barcelona can I kite the next few days?

Hi,

Ended up in Barcelona on last minute wayward trip. Canadian no gear but wondering if there are places that look good for Easter Weekend and rent gear? I am an advanced rider and have never kited in Europe so would love to get out (Surf/Twin).

Any help would be appreciated!

Mystic Majestic Harness

Hi, I purchased with the rope slider and would like to know where your supposed to put your safety leash? The spreader bar version has a dedicated spot. Instructions on how to put on the grab handle on the back of the harness. I really enjoyed the clip version on my previous harness. Any info would ...

Re: Dakine Club Wagon Review?

Do you think it would fit a 5.2 FireWire Vader? Easy to carry/roll once filled even for a young adult? Does the bag have any sag?

Thanks in advance

Dakine Club Wagon Review?

Hi,

Anyone using this bag? Saw the 140cm looked like it was good for a board and two kites. Anyone using the 155? Can you get three kites and board/gear. Is the 155cm quite large to handle.

Thanks in advance

Re: 12 year old - learning to kite - Best spot March /April

Thanks for all the great replies South Padre is my preferred spot but after talking to the shops it sounds like Texas Week could make for more of challenging family holiday. Sounds like more of a June trip. Hatteras sounds like hit or miss on the cold which is not ideal for learners Looking at Flori...

12 year old - learning to kite - Best spot March /April

Have done loads of research and now would like to hear from kiters. Looking to travel end of March for up to two weeks. He's had lessons in La Ventana just starting to get up in the board. Looking for consistant March wind so Baja is off the list. Looked at South Padre (spring break crowds) Cape Hat...

Re: Vanguard vs Nugget - Light Wind

Thanks for the info. The VG is an amazing board and only piece of equipment that is not North. Great in Maui, Gorge and even in light winds from time to time behind the Juice. For those asking had a 2014 Juice found it slow to turn and struggled to stay upwind, but was riding a 135 twin tip. Now a 2...

Re: Vanguard vs Nugget - Light Wind

The VG is my high wind board and until recently I never had a kite bigger than a 12m. Figure I will do some Caribbean trips and some lighter wind locations. This is where the Nugget question came up, can I sell it and have a one board quiver? If so would I be losing some on the light wind side but t...

Vanguard vs Nugget - Light Wind

Currently riding Vanguard with no plans to move away from it. Ride 7/9/12 Neo and have a 15m Juice. I rode the Juice for the first time and took the Vanguard out, seemed to ride well. Wondering if I need to keep my Nugget? Would the boards just be an overlap, or would it extend the range to have the...
