The XR isn’t a beginner kite either, it’s just a pure hangtime kite, so it’s more stable, but loop it 100 times & you‘ll bust a tube. It’s built for insane hangtime, not for loops!
I loop my XR5 9m all the time.. why would it bust a tube ? Is there a design fault or news I've missed out on ?

Re: Which bar for petite person / shorter arms

A plain stopper ball will do fine - Remember, if you shorten the throw your windrange will be less also and have to be extra careful in stronger winds..

Look up the "Bye Bye chickenloop" thread also - for your best Options..

Re: Replacement interval chickenloop?

If only you new how your loop gets its pre formed shape.. Basically they stitch to death a bit of plastic inside the chicken loop outer, to make it hold shape. Over time the internal plastic splinters and cuts the line. The shape of your harness hook groove on the loop is where it Will break... Be c...

Re: Bridle Modification to LEI Kite

The Griffin AX kite - now the 'Buzz' kite.. is a great example of what can be done with bridals to completely change the position and way a kite performs. It's not just changing to the next knot. There is another bridal set up they called pro bridal - that you put on. Very interesting what the desig...

They should ban all traveller kiteboarding styles where the kooks do dumb ass stuff at our locals for Facebook that justifies banning of all kiteboarding.

But agree with first post - troll post, school project - idiot seems to be a subject these days :thumb:

Re: Dynamic stretching - recommended for person engaged in extreme sports

A very comprehensive stretch video that lends itself to our most unceremonious angles by choice or other.. Most as above will find it too much and not bother, a good recommendation is to think about your 'particular' body part area that plays up occasionally or gets sore after a normal kite session....

Re: I need convincing too:) Bar back lines!

This is what your after, most lines are over hyped as proven when put under industry standard tests by rope manufacturers. I agree that sudden load pressure has the potential to snap or weaken a line, only to Fail some other time. Don't forget- every time you loop or downloop your kite, the lines tw...
