Kitesurfing in Paros-August

I will be in Paros at the beginning of August.
Wondering what I should expect with respect to winds, planning on only taking two kites.
Also any advice as to the best clubs to rent boards from?

Thanks!!!!

8litres for a 100km ~30mpg...not 17MPG
As 8 litres is close to 2 gallons and 100km ~62 miles. Still I think that your RAV's 28mpg is pretty good as you could fit more stuff than the SAAB.

Re: Cabarete - KiteBeachHotel or Viva Wyndham Tangerine

Viva Tangerine gets my vote. Stayed there a couple of years ago and was happy with the overall service and food. Definitely nice so that you can launch right there on the beach outside the hotel.

Re: RRD 2010

I agree with all, making the Obsession a better kite, is going to be tough! Probably some minor tweaks as discussed and colour changes. I doubt the changes are going to be as radical as from HT2 to Obs!!! First time I am not thinking about upgrading to 2010 models...

Re: Have a look at this for a QR releasing under a 320kg load!

I like the system, but have to agree with Clydesdale... Sand can do awfull things to mechanical systems..there is a reason for there no longer being any shackles systems out there ( and it is not only per the unhooked mouvement). I 've had the same thing happen to me last year, but at the beginning of the jump...Thank goodness I was on water though. Glad u made it ok!
I always check my lines for wear and tear, and replace them at least once every year.
