Re: Maldives. Guraidhoo Kaafu atoll. My nr.1

We spent two weeks on Thudufushi in early November. They told me, there is no wind in November on the Maldives, but… every day we had 12-15 knots plus from the east (Not measured, but it was always blowing during the days). Winging would have been perfect in the lagoon. https://goo.gl/maps/EM9vZURYG...

Re: Gong foils: discussion

Let me know how you go with that foil. I have the X-0ver M as well and I'm thinking of adding another front wing this year. When you see a Peak4 at Ijmuiden or Wijk that's probably me :) Those are my primary kiting spots.... Let's keep in Touch ...👍👍👍 I Just tried another Stab with the XOver front ...

Re: Gong foils: discussion

What comes next? I have the X-Over XXL for Winging, but after a few sessions, I think I need a new front wing that transfers the wind energy into more speed. The X-Over seems to hit his speed limit and causes too many holding forces from the wing. What is the next logical progression if I want to a)...

Re: Core Xlite size recommendation for beginner foiler

First method kiste, You can't use that first method with Core kites, since they are High-Y. However, reverse launch and hot-launch are still possible. This is one of the reasons I'm asking about the XLITE, since it can't be re-launched with the opposite front-line technique. SMJ: I already mentione...

Sounds interesting. I'd like to try this technique in practice. My skills are far from perfect. I am a beginner and just learning to conquer the waves.

Re: Core Xlite size recommendation for beginner foiler

I love my Nexus in 10,8,6 for wave and foiling but the 10 does not relaunch in Wind below 10 knots - at least with the standard bar (you cannot do the frontline, back line method). The xlite is also not the best relauncher and has little grunt so I went with the S25 boxer with more grunt in the loop...

Re: Naish S25 Kite Pump Adapter?

Not perfect, but the Dremel did the trick - at least for the Duotone Hose. Without: no chance...

Will also look at a third party adapter and / or the Msytic Pump, thanks for sharing and comments everyone!

Re: Naish S25 Kite Pump Adapter?

file off the two little tabs on the pump hose end of the adapter. They are small, but they are there and getting in the way. I think I can see them in your video. That is what seems to be limiting the insertion on the blue hose. That yellow hose looks too small a diameter. I know why you think that...

Re: Naish S25 Kite Pump Adapter?

Thank you. I am kiting for more than 10 years and had several brands and pumps but never had such an issue. All the other adapters I have fit perfectly. I just cannot get the naish adapter engaged without the plastic of the hoses probably breaking. For reference maybe see this video if you have 54 s...
