Re: Who makes their own line sets?

I followed this a couple years ago http://nwkite.com/forums/t-11649.html. A little bit of work, but they probably have 500 sessions on them, still look good and only cost $70 to make. http://www.bhptackle.com/home.php?cat=2. I used 500lbs for steering and 800lbs for centers. Same as stock slingy. us...

Re: bulk line

I replaced slingy lines with this line from these guys: http://www.bhptackle.com/home.php?cat=2 I used the 500 for steering and 800 for centers. The only difference between these and OEM seems to be the coating. I tried to coat them in polyurethane and it was great for a couple sessions before it wo...

Re: Fuel 2015 bridle

I have a 2015 14m RPM and 13m Fuel and they don't compare at all on the low end. No question to go with the 13 for wind range in the teens. I ride the 13 with the bridle and the 11m direct. Love them both, but they feel so different. As cliche as it sounds, the bridle really does make it feel like a...

Re: Slingshot Vision 2015, anyone with direct experience?

I haven't had luck with the fast track either. Broke 2 boards in a little over a year. If you're going to ride boots, I wouldn't recommend it unless you can get a killer deal. SS is good with the warranty side of things...but only the first time, then your on your own...

Re: Beach to be banned? Unbelievable story!

We have a lot of trouble in Massachusetts with a spiecis of bird that is not endangered, but its "protected". They nest during our summer and we face a number of restrictions due to it. Each year authorities seem to extend the period of time for restrictions and the space that's off limits. Its inte...

Re: kite golf bag

Once at the destination is use the single kite bag to transport to the b...

Re: Slingshot RPM 2014

I demoed a 7m yesterday in gusty winds. I have a quiver of '11,'12 and '13 RPMs...each year just seems to get smoother and keeps the same dependability. On the water it flies pretty similar to previous years. The new bar is great, there wont be any more complaints about below bar depower being diffi...
