Hi Firewire, if yours measures 35cm as you say then it should be the right one. if you look at the other picture in the other thread, then you will see very clearly how much shorter the sp2 is. As for the singing i sanded back the trailing edges of the strut and wings. On my foil they were pretty th...
you should see the mast and fuselage he made...simply epic! Hopefully he will read this and post some photos! :thumb: @Edge, Did you leave the profiles symmetric? R H Dude. This thread is about another thread. There is a link. He does an awesome job explaining exactly what he did with pics. I'm won...
Thanks guys :D very kind of you to say so. Revhed. i shaped a concave on underside towards the trailing edge, basically shaping a hydro profile. i called it a AvagobyI2 profile which works very well indeed :) I have made some modifications or more like additions to the fusela ge. i added some biax b...

If you are limited with the flex you can ad some biaxial or uni to reduce this. I later cut off the ends of the rearward swept wing, about 5cm and reattache...
If it's windy normally some one is around, but obviously week days are a bit quieter. At East beach for foils normally starts being deep enough around 1.5 hours before and after High tide or so. Try not to start learning if the wind is blowing towards the boom! Especially with a Silent as they float...
Yeah high tides are running better hours towards the weekend. Although like you probably know anything above 15mph generally it gets pretty choppy. But found a slower tide seems more friendly.
