Re: ION CS Wave Harness, waiting but not sure now.

Hi Dan! since you giving so much good info (thanks a lot!!) i have a question too :-) Though i am a man i am considering buying a nova select as i hope it will be more gentle on my bad rib (which is sticking out after i broke it kiting). Explain bar pressure please

:?: :?: :?: :?: Hi all, can anyone explain bar pressure? I know that more bar pressure is often good for unhooking. I moved from a Envy to a GTS 4 and find that my unhooking has worsened, i often get less air than i did with the Envy. I think it has to do with position of the kite and possibly with ...

Re: Dakine c1 vs majestic x vs ride engine

A quick update. I have tried the ION B2 short-harness. After one session I can say that it is the most comfortable thing for freeride and for some tricks (for instance hand-plant). Downsides are 1.for men: organise your family jewels properly (I had probs). I have tried to arrange the leg straps in ...

Re: Dakine c1 vs majestic x vs ride engine

Hi guys, thanks for replies. After trying a few harnesses (in a shop), i can say that the most confy solution would be a rigid harness, but what is really the solution to rib issues is a seat harness-like. Short harnesses seems to have received good reviews by users and with sliding spreader bar it ...

Re: GoPro Camrig Lines Mount Kitesurf

I have a high Y setup (f-one bar) so I put my camrig roughly 2 feet from Y on center line. Line wrap can happen anytime your kite stalls and lines falls slack on top of the camrig/gopro. I have even had a line wrap around the high Y without camrig... I haven't had a kite stall in a long time though...

Re: GoPro Camrig Lines Mount Kitesurf

Example of a low V mount just above the swivel. The only time I have had things go #%@$ is when self launching or self landing. Please excuse the light wind day...but we just could not pass up a 10 mile down winder in the slicks here in New England somewhere :) [youtube]https://youtu.be/V106idmdhdI...

Re: GoPro Camrig Lines Mount Kitesurf

I like the line mount too but it is a pain in the ass to setup and I also had 1 bad line tangle. My first time, I used only 1 rubber as advised then my kite stalled after a jump, got line tangled and the mount broke in half. Camrig sent me a new one ;) I have a high Y setup so the lifeline is not a...
