Re: Kitesailing around the world

Have a look here: https://project.kiteboat.com/gallery/

As for which kite to use, perhaps an ASV Rescue Kite if you can find one. Good luck with launching from the top of the mast.

Re: Moses 2018

The problem is, that it looks likle Moses will not be allowed to register it for Formula Kite events. -- Gunnar If possible, could you please elaborate on this if you know more? I thought the release was just too late for the registration last year, and that it would be included for this season.

Has any of the riders switching foil shown notable improvement in rank?

Interesting to see that Maxime Norcher has switched to the FS Sonic Race, but apparently isn't sponsored by FS.

Re: Foldable Mast Concept

A telescopic mast This exists on some weird type of sit-down wake foil. The mast slides through the board and the plate mount is secured on top. https://www.instagram.com/p/BWvDaYSFJMf/ Upside down riding can be done with a strapless board. Interesting that North, as well as Axis, have abandoned tuttle in favour of plate mount.

Re: Specially skis and snowboards for snowkiting ("CustomSkis" from Russia)

Beautiful skis!

One problem I have had with DH skis, is that the base can melt/crack. I happens after prolonged use at high speed on hard ice. Do you use any kind of speciel base material to avoid this?

(I use ~20 year old FIS DH skis, so maybe age is a factor for my problems)

Re: Ozone Chrono V2 Ultralight versus Chrono V2

On the Flysurfer Peak3 there is an internal line connected to a fifth line safety. This setup, with a small pull tap instead of fifth line, could be useful on the Chrono2 and similar foils that require concertina packing.

AR of the PKD Inferno is around 8 depending on size.
