I've just got my Mitu Pro 5'8, and it is 4kg!! :o Too heavy! On site it says 3.5kg. 0,5Kg of difference is too much. This is my first mitu, so I didnt know it could get that heavy... I´m thinking on replacing it... or maybe without the fins... I just received my Mitu Carbon 5.6 and its 3.25 kg (2.9...

Happened to a friend on a layover in Turkey first - airport security wouldn't allow bar in carryon bag. Same on Thursday happened to me after riding in La Ventana and flying out of SJD. Officer was refusing to show any regulation saying why and how a bar won't be allowed, just refusing to allow it....

Doable, absolutely.
I would just " hand over" the kites, throwing it like on the video has a low success ratio IMO.
