Re: Is anyone else buying carbon credits to offset CO2 from travel?

The CO2 influences/absorbs sunlight maybe ? Like shade ? I don't think that between you and me we will be closing any cases. Close, but the science is in the details, not the big picture. Sunlight comes through the atmosphere at a shorter wavelength (UV), passing right through "greenhouse" gasses. ...

Re: Is anyone else buying carbon credits to offset CO2 from travel?

Chew on this one a little bit. The oceans have 99.9% of the earths thermal energy, So how is a source .07% ( air) which only has .04% of co2 forcing the oceans to warm? I think anything resembling a scientist has left this discussion a long time ago, if not the other academic discussion. I am not a...

Re: Is anyone else buying carbon credits to offset CO2 from travel?

Simple, what passes for news these days is actually sponsored content. On both sides. So real information is very scarce. Not quite! The Paris accord was a globalist sham. Trump understands the need to protect the environment from rampant global industrialization. The third world, including China &...

Re: Important Message: I almost died - Gunnar Biniasch

Aren't there rules/laws for this ? For at least windsurfing there is a clear sign for "distress". Are you actually allowed to just ignore a boat/kiter "in distress" ? Off course everybody can say I didn't see him, I thought his kite was just down but he was fine etc etc. But if people are actually n...
