Re: Flysurfer Soul vs. Ozone Hyperlink for LW foilboard riding

Does anyone have experience /can compare the two kites for foilboarding (in LW 7 knots- ish specially)? I am currently using Chrono2 in 15 and 11, but after a few swims when the wind has died unexpectedly I am wondering about a kite with easier relaunch ( one staying inflated longer than Chrono2 in...

FlowFoils! Coming soon. Need advise!

Been working on a little project in the last 3 months to build an american made, modular hydrofoil. Shooting for under $2000 for foil and board. Full carbon. Im stuck with 1 decision though. Carbon fuselage vs Aluminum. What are your thoughts. Messages Image(3202774964).png Messages Image(453872247)...

Re: Brunotti Seat Harness

I’m a fan of Brunotti harnesses but not their suits and boards. I use the SmartShell waist harness because I like that it’s not pure hardshell but sill gives great lumbar support while remaining flexible. Is the harness for a beginner? Re: Hyperlink size recommedation

Anybody in the USA have a Soul? Unbiased opinions? I've flown foils a long time and like both FS and Ozone but I have an Ozone dealer in my city. They make it very easy to try a kite. HL is a little lower aspect which can be a plus. HL has fewer bridle risers, definitely a plus. Soul has a velcro b...

Re: Carbon Foil Bar

This is a good example of why foil kites should be called Ram Air to avoid confusion with Hydrofoil. And should not this post be in the wrongly named "foil kite" topic? Also worth noting that with the explosion of hydrofoils for MANY applications including, Kite Board Hydro Foil, KBHF Sail Board Hy...

Re: Armstrong Foils

Didnt love it. In my opinion way too much lift. Also WAY too expensive. The connection system is similar to the way Spotz used to be and they had lots of issues with that.
