The higher aspect ratio one-strut kite?

After my last swim with my 15m foil kite (my back still hurts!) I'm seriously thinking to swap my light wind foil for a one-struter. The main problem is that I really like the abundace of power and lift of foil kites in light wind and I'm not sure if any one strut can match it. Assuming that they ar...

Re: My first long swim

After dropping and not being able to relaunch a foil kite, any swim with a LEI is just a walk in the park :) Got that right, couple of self rescue swims with a foil kite really make you appreciate the LEIs,foil kites might be great for racing but for the common freeride foil rider,I'll take a LEI an...

Re: biggest regret purchase

My first C "perfect for learning" kite.

Although it cost me almost nothing ( traded for old windsurfing stuff) if I never had tried a different kite I would had thought kitesurfing was a crappy sport.

I was expecting great pop for being able to jump at height do kiteloops which is what I like the most and what better for that than a carbon tt? The problem was that landing hot was super painful. And riding in choppy conditions ...

Re: [Beginner] Impact+Life vest advice?

I think most of the impact vests on the market give enough flotation, so not necesary to add more bulkyness, and although they are designed aiming more to save your ribs from failed kiteloops atempts, the float is a plus.

Re: Need info about Leucate

I forgot to add there also plenty of kiteshops and rentals if your gear don't suit the conditions.

Also you could ride your directionals finless if rails are sharp enough.
