Re: nsish dash/raid 2017/2028 ?

Octopus system works awesome. I've owned a quiver of kites every year naish has had the octopus and had one (1) leak in this time, which took maybe 8 minutes to fix. In my opinion it's an excellent and very under-rated system.

The importer has since changed I believe.

Not happy 😟
Thanks for your email fat bloke. I'll get you sorted out. The distribution in the U.K. did change from the time 1.0T and 2.0T was released.

Re: Don't show us your hook

IMG_7643.JPG Got my ring on order. Am going to trim the chicken loop, loop down to be a snug fit on the ring. I do wonder what benefit the low friction ring would provide over just hooking your CL straight onto the rope, as I know from experience wear is fairly minimal. I'm finding the wear worris...

Strapless airs ur #1 goal = 5'2
Surfing waves #1 = 5'4

Re: DSD Stallion 5'4 - anyone rode it?

I have the 5'4. I am about 95kg and despite not having ridden the 5'2" I feel confident saying get the 5'2" the 5'4" is on the upper side of what I like to ride, and I've typically been a big board small kite guy (despite my girth).

Re: Boring pump question

The WMFG tall pumps are sweet. WMFG 2.0T is the current model (I think?). For big kites, and taller kiters, they are worth the $. Thanks FL. The 2.0T is the new big one. I think everything the OP asked hs been pretty much answered, but in short most brands have moved to a new manufacturer that is b...

Do you have a way to seal it off without the gauge? I would rather not have the gauge or the golf ball, 😂.
I'd imagine you could put a small bolt in with the same thread as the gauge.

Re: Amundson JohnO or PRO X

I've had the pleasure of owning a couple of JohnO's. Very sick boards. Awesome hand made super tough Amundson construction. Great value. I had a 5'4 and have a new 5'3. Both are really sweet boards. fast, good upwind, and might be the nicest, easiest jibing boards I've ever owned. Really got all aro...
