Is the problem both ways or just the width?
For the width it’s only a bee’s dick over 3mm different so just open up the hole.
If length is also a problem maybe use two existing inserts then do the drill through board for the other 2.

The Spitfire with STD wings as I use does me fine in what I would describe as head to head and half. I only use one kite, 8m Notus Air, and like cross shore wind so it seems I get nothing else. But coming in healside working upwind getting onto wave seems easy enough. But as the wave starts to smoot...

Whilst I’m not into pumping yet the Spitfire std. wings don’t seem to react to pumping but that is not to say someone who is experienced in that will not get results

We have been dealing with Zeeko since 2009, and that is mainly due to their quick and timely action in sorting out any issues beit warranty transport or anything else. I use two straps and have found I’ve tended towards not detaching from board in crashes. So I’m ready for quick restart. This is due to the softer way the Spitfire crashes IMHO. Also on many breaches the Spitfire has recovered lift before board touchdown so you keep going. Plus all my shin scars are...
