Re: true advice on Sri Lanka, a new Brazil?

if we are talking of kite conditions, i would not bother to go. you can add me to the list of ppl that found shitty gusty wind and shitty location. yes.. the water is flat...but careful not to get any infection... i spent 3 weeks between july and august.i've traveled the world for kiting, and trust ...

Re: Torch 2018

I've not tried the 2018 model but the design doesn't seem to have changed unfortunately. The overall feel hasn't changed much but when ridden with the 5th line extended the kite's bar pressure increases and changes the handling of the kite to some extend. It's a shame because the quad-tex does incr...

Re: Torch 2018

Hi I have tried 10cm on the 2017 10 meter, and it is a totaly different Kite in a good Way. Thanks great. that's about right. maybe even a lil more.check that when flying at 12 (without pulling the bar), the 5th does not stay pulled but has some slack. :bye: So it sounds like there is something wit...

Re: True C kites 14 meters

if you have 12/10 torch, stick to torch 14.
reasons are simple: same behave across the range, is sweet for wakestyle in light winds, one bar fit your set

Re: New freestyle kites

Some interesting points made here thanks. Old C's are not really a solution for the problem at hand and not really looking for a good megalooper, not likely i will man up to try one anyway  All my looping is done unhooked, and lots of kites works for that. What I want is maximum slack for han...

Re: Torch 2018

Hmm. Have you tried moving knots on bar? From knot B to knot A? If so any good? Also the Torch in 14m how is the upwind ect. Compaired to 12m? Thinking of having a quiver of 10,12,14. At moment I have the 10 and 12. Thanks the knots on the backlines will make sure the kite will fly correctly. attac...

Re: Torch 2018

look, the answer is pretty simple. the 2017 bars were coming with a 5th line too short. this was creating lack in low end and as well different feeling on the bar when performing unhooked tricks. i'm not sure why Naish has not informed the market about it. true is that starting from the 14m kite, i ...
