Every spec I've ever read says that I should ride a 134 to 140 twin tip, which is what I've been on from my first day on the water. All 6 of my 2016 North zippers broke within 8 months. My one 2017 broke within 6 months. I would love if North would replace them. Its obviously a defect. Ive never seen Cabrinha bags with broken zippers.

Hi, I am trying to figure out the most ideal size surfboard. I have 1 year on a twintip and 1 month trading off on a 5'4" slingshot t-rex and a 4'10" naish skater. 30/32 kts with 40/42 kts gusts. Some gusts sustained for several seconds.

Safe :thumb: or :nono: ? Seems like its gonna be the norm for awhile. 40-Kt Gust is a LOT and very powerful wind ; where your going to get taken out is probably on the Launch and Landing .
