Re: Trace errors compared to Woo

Nice comparison. I have trace and like the gps tracking feature that overlays with aerial images. I always knew the jumps were wrong. I’ve also used trace for snowboarding and the battery dies within an hour due to cold temps. Wish I had the woo when I broke my tibia - would have like to known the h...

Re: What's the worst thing about kite surfing?

The United States is one of the most warm and welcoming countries I’ve ever lived. It accepts and tolerates race and cultures from all over the world. I don’t get why the media continues to bash its own country and current leader. You want to see see real racism go to Asia, you want to see true miso...

Re: What's the worst thing about kite surfing?

I don't want to assume the roll of a kiter that uses the sport as an evasive means to the problems. Rather as a way to clear my head and find what those problems are; as a coincidence (or not?) I learned to kite when a lying, racist, misogynist bully was given permission to denigrate my country eve...

Re: Nick Jacobsen injured

Damn... that sucks. Hope he has a quick recovery and gets back on the water soon. I’m 6 months from a fractured tibia and still can’t ride yet. The most painful part is watching others ride while you can’t do anything.

Re: Pulleys on kites

I have a 10m 2014 RPM with pulleys and bought a 10m 2016 RPM with no pulleys. Use the same bar and can’t tell much of a difference. Does it matter that much?

Re: Whats a good used kite to learn kiteloops on?

Consider looking into Slingshot RPMs. They are very well rounded kites (wakestyle, freestyle, wave, etc.) and hybrid C. Easy to loop and inversions are rare.

Re: Kite companies - please stop the wakestyle hype!!!

Nice!! Stir the shit post. Kiteboarding follows wakeboarding wether you like it or not. All the tricks are named and based on Wakeboarding. I’d say something about your foil but already know how that will stir the shit.
