Re: Plantar pain

stunaite, I had the same experience this summer. Jumping alot and felt the dull pain in the middle of my foot that I attributed to plantar fascittis. I was jacking up the running miles so I thought it was overtraining without stretching. I found out that was not the case - I had a deep bruise in the...

The 09 Cult bar rocks - comfy grips and a cleaner front line system than the 08s:

Had my second session on the H12 today and loved it. We ran 8m extensions when the wind was light. I think the low end is great - good enough to serve as my low wind kite (160 lbs with a super phatty low wind board for light winds).

So..... 12, 9, 7 Helix quiver combo?

Anyone care to comment?

BEFORE you untie the initial knot - use a marker to set your line length. It helps when you want to retie the new knot. Sorry if this does not translate from English - but just email me and I can send you the .zip file of how I did it on a Naish Boxer.

Rhoss - here is the final product. The leash works great. I added the second blue line so that the spectra line does not slide up and off the orange plastic piece. Make sure to slack the blue line so it does not interfere with the depower travel.

Rhoss, I tried running the line up to the orange plastic depower hat and it worked great. You are right - the way it is set up in the photos - you do not get enough break pull to depower the kite. Running the leash line to the depower pull gives you full depower. The only downside is having to reset...
