yes is a very good spot for kitesurfing, but there are a italian school, they charge 25 dollars for use the beach every day so that price is ilegal they are stolen mony from the tourist because the beaches in cuba are free.

The kitesurf is prohibited in Varadero!, only in to the hotel areas. We do not know exactly what happens this season but, still prohibited this practice of kitesurf in the area of hotels, we are waiting the permissions because there are many tourists always visit us every year for practice kitesurf ...

Cuba is a good option during the winter, and last summer was windy almost every day in varadero.
