Re: recommandations for a quiver?

My program is currently learning basics but i'd like to do freeride and baby kiteloops (not the XR stuff with slow climbing into the wind window and a huge freefall) aswell as boosting and unhooked (just a bit like handlepasses and stuff) so a pretty all round programm. Check the Spleene SPX Kite. ...

Re: Flysurfer Bar attachment point safety

f you specify your question I can try to measure it on my Connect bar. I would like to know, at which point a flysurfer bar, like the Connect Bar, has the safety line attached to the holding line. I have a 4-Line Bar and I want to convert the safety line to the Reef line. (Flysurfer says, the Peak ...

Re: Flysurfer Bar attachment point safety

it should be for self landing, resting and also having a non-loop-twisting release experience.
The reef line safety does not sound to bad. At least I want to give it a try.

Flysurfer Bar attachment point safety

I want to install a 5th reef line on a non-Flysurfer bar to ride a peak. I tried to find, at which height the Flysurfer bar has attached the safety line to the holding line, but I can not find it in the net. Anyone knows the height of the attachment point? Measured from top / end of lines would also...

Re: making a new control bar

Looks very nice! Also the PU arround the Safety Line. How does the safety slide through the QR? With the PU or is the PU fixed and the line slides inside the PU? And how is the holding line fixed in the QR? Is it fixed with a loop arround the silver piece on top? The pictures in the shop let only as...

Re: Flysurfer Flydoor 6

I’ve had both and positively Flydoor rides smoother. The Spleene is lighter but Flydoor has a slight rocker on tips which makes it better on water.
Which models / model years did you ride?

Re: 2018 Spleene High Tech Door - experience?

I had the chance to try the boards and yes, I liked it. Runs smooth like silk through chop and feels very alive. Decision is done, I will get one. Now they have also the previous model on sale. Now its price vs nice for me. I guess I will go for the new model, as I really liked the ride and the deis...

Why not treat yourself to a nice new Cabrinha bar- you're worth it!
I would go with the $10 Pigtail solution. The Naish bars are great :-)

Re: 2018 Spleene High Tech Door - experience?

Thanks for the input on that topic. Any thoughts on weight in general on these big boards? Is it something you should look for or does it not count, if its 4 kilogram or 5 kilogram? For the flydoor, this sounds also interessting, I will see what info I can find. At the end, I want the board soon, so...
