I use the 132 x 39 , 2006. I don't get spray in my face . (I ride in waves, choppy and flat water). The footstraps are set at the widest stance possible. I also have tried to reduce the stance, still no spray, but in that case the board would not go upwind correctly. http://kitepirates.blogspot.com/...

i have tried the big phantom during more than 1 hour with my 14 rebel, gusty wind 10 to 20 knts , i weigth 83 kg. Goes well upwind , easy to hold when the wind picks up to around to 20 kts.
