I use LF Alpha with FLX38 (for kiting) I took the version that has extra fittings for Bindings. Before i used a regular flx but needed to modify the bindings for that. With bindings the board is allowed to be one size bigger as with straps (FLX 132 would be my choice with straps) - i like to use 2,5...
