I have a 16 thruster and a 17 contra 17 contra ('06)..hands down will pull you like a truck in nothing winds and go up wind and jump. I weigh 190 and can hold it down up to very low 20's (mph) it depowers fine in high winds but you are coming back in for a smaller kite by then 16 thruster turns like...

Issue resolved and as suspected Eclipse customer service is at the top, with the Best. A weak bladder(s).
