Re: Blade's 5th Gen Trigger - A brand new profile shape

Can't wait to try these. Might have some demo's to try in a few days, as I am going to an event put on by our local kiteshop: www.oceanextremesports.com They are throwing their annual Halloween Blast Kiteboarding event Thursday - Sunday in St. Augustine, Florida. That typically means no winds or wav...

Re: Naish Skater 2012

Peppers, Based off of some recommendations on this forum, I went with the 5'4 Skater. I weigh 170lbs and ride crappy small waves most of the time. Only been out 2 times, but can't say enough about how much fun this board is. I've been kiting for a long time, and mainly ride surfboards with straps. G...

Re: Naish Skater or Global

Thanks everyone... well, I went ahead and ordered the 5'4 Skater. I want to get better at strapless riding anyway, and figured I could use the extra low end for the days I am out. Gonna save up my money and possibly get the Global 5'8 in another month or so... Then, I should be all set.

Re: Naish Skater or Global

10m Blade Trigger. It gets me going in 15mph on my light wind board (placebo surf skate)... and would get me going on my Caution 5'5 Trespass in about 17 to 18mph.

Re: Naish Skater or Global

Mduhaime,

How's the low end on the 5'8 Global? Does it get up and go pretty well in the lighter winds(say 17-20mph)..?? Although I'll use it when it is blowing 35mph plus, the majority of my time on it based off of the conditions here, will be when it is blowing around 20mph...

thanks

Naish Skater or Global

I'm currently looking at replacing my 5'5 Caution Trespass and am considering one of these Naish boards. This will be my go to board for 18 to 35mph plus winds. I have a board I ride for anything lighter than this. I weigh 170lbs. Typically, onshore knee to head high surf, choppy at times. I typical...

Re: Blade Trigger vs. Cabrinha Switchblade

If you liked the kite, get it. I just got a full quiver of Blades, and love them. Tried out a bunch of other kites before I bought them, and they were the best for me. Fast, powerful, and huge range. I am 170lbs and ride a surfboard most of the time, and I use the 10m Trigger in 17 to 29mph winds......

Re: 2012 Blade Trigger

Had another go with the 10m Trigger yesterday after work in slightly more wind than this weekend. I am really liking this kite! So far, it is covering me from 16-28mph winds. Unfortunately, I have to give it back to my local kite shop in a few days, because it is a demo... so, it looks like I may be...
