Re: Fatality in Long Island, NY

I'm very sorry to hear about this fatality. May he rest in peace. I would like to take away what the agreed upon procedure is for helping another kiter in the water if they've gone unconscious. I've helped people with inverted kites, kites wrapped in lines, etc while kiting but this is VERY dangerou...

Re: Best right-hand surf breaks for kiting?

Where your favorite right-hand surf breaks for kiting? I can think of: San Carlos Cabo Verde Brazil has a lot of little ri...

Re: Any news on the Cabrinha 2014 range?

Are you going to now have to have a different bar for different SLE kites in that lineup? And now that's its a new bar and safety design (overdrive) does that mean the 2014 bars are only going to work with certain 2014 Cab kites and your brand new Cab 2013 bars are not going to work with 2014 Cab k...

Re: End of summer trip to Europe, where to go?

Wow, thanks for all of the advice guys. I think my trip is gonna be 3-4 weeks now and probably closer to September but I'm just gonna concentrate on northern Germany and Denmark for kiting. I've already done the tourist thing and not really into it but I do need a week in Poland & Chek Republic. Ju...

Re: Kite fatality in Montreal, Canada

Brasil is one thing inland kiting is quite the other. When I go south I don't need any safety what so ever. Give me jammed CL, micro loop the worst looping bridled kite offshore wind you name it, I will be fine. When I am back home with gusty winds cold water obstacles etc it's a different ball gam...
