Violent squalls are more common in Europe than some folks may think. At least I keep seeing them in accidents. 2006 Naish Boxer 12m. I had a 16m but flew it till it had too many holes in it and too much tear aid on it to continue! I have a 9m 2006 Boxer but don't fly it much here in Ontario - our winds rarely get that strong.

We had four out of nine kiters sick after a day of kiting up on Lake Ontario about a week ago. Water temp about 5 deg C. They were really sick.
