so if just "flesh and bones" is your criteria for sexy, is this sexy?: (my apologies in advance)...

Re: MOST SEXY KITE PICTURE

i would disagree on that point. sometimes the sexiest photos are those that don't show all...leaving much to the imagination. and our imagination often surpasses reality. for example, these 2 recent photos below, i find the second one FAR more sexy than the first:

Re: 2009 CrazyFly Allround 145x48

i've had the 145*48 for about 2+ years now. it really is my all around board. i thought i would just use it in light winds, but i ended up using it for all conditions. it's my only board now. it planes quickly, but doesn't have that annoying splash-in-the-face factor like so many flatter big boards....

Re: Wainman like....

so true. lately encountering a lot of folks who seem to need anger mgt classes if you say something they disagree with, is marginally off-topic, or even start a thread they disagree with. maybe there's just not enough wind out there lately. or maybe the disease of liberalism is spreading...we all kn...

Re: Hatteras Island

Splatganglion, you didn't read my entire post. i agree with you that pollution and dependence on oil /fossil fuels is BAD. we need to curtail both as much as possible. tungsten222, yes 10 years is very short too. but i'm not the one trying to defend global warming, you are. you say thousands of scie...

Re: Hatteras Island

i've seen lots of charts showing both sides of the coin. ho-hum. the earth has recently been getting cooler. but i'm not so naive as to look at a period of 30 years for climate conclusions. 30 years is a nanosecond relative to earth's history. listen, global warming is just like religion these days....

Re: Hatteras Island

Indeed, but arguing about climate change on a kiteforum is pretty dumb. None of us will be around for the difinitive "i told you so" moment (say.... 100 years from now) instead I'm going to think about hitting all the future sliders in Hatteras built by housing scrap, and keep enjoying the sunrise ...

The sunrise sure felt warm to me this morning, but i'm sure you KNOW what your talking about MV.

Re: Hatteras Island Screwed

stormbird, i think OBX is actually quite reasonably priced compared to other destinations. maybe you don't get out much. especially heading there in spring/fall, it's down-right cheap. and i thank the people brave enough to own homes out there knowing they can be destroyed in a storm. meanwhile, us ...

Re: Hatteras Island SCREWED

please naishdude, don't make a storm in the Atlantic into a global warming issue. it is not. storms happen...that is the only reason Hatteras got hit. it happens there frequently enough where roads are washed out. they fix it, life goes on. as for overall waterlevels rising, i don't have the facts. ...
