Ok, thanks. The link lead to some comments to the product which answered my question. The with of the 1" depower webbing forces the 'belt' to rotate thus making it possible for the safety release to rotate as well. Seems like an awesome system!

I've heard so much good about the StageTwo lock bar. One of the brilliant things should be that the safety leash rotates together with the depower strap on the snap schackle. But the question is: Does the snap schackle (swivel)actually rotate, also under pressure?

Have anybody tried the Toro yet, and if - how does it fly compared to Aero and Hydro?
Is it actually on the market yet?

I hear that ram-airs does not give the same lift when jumping compared to tubekites.
Is this true, or has it something to do with technique, or just a misunderstanding?
I'm considering heavily to change my Airblast-2001 quiver to Flysurfer Warriors and want to be sure before buying.

It is mentioned in the Windtech Quantum test, that the Re-ride system will be fitted as standard in production. Also in the Aero-test they were disapointed that Naish didn't supply with Re-ride system? Could it be, like you mention about Flysurfer Toby, that it's just a rope that connects the steeri...

Just read in the last issue of the UK mag 'kitesurf' where they mention 're-ride system' in their tests of new kites. However it's not explained how it works (should be a leash/line system that prevents line-tangling).
Does anyone know what it's all about?

Cabarete is not good for beginners. It's crowded and the shorebreak and choppy water is just spoiling your first tries! Try instead a flatwater area in f.x. Fuerteventura(south), Thailand or the Maldives! Try to find a place which is not overhyped, where you can quietly progress in your own temper. ...

I think you are right in the bulls eye. The North Rhino can be converted to 2 lines if you want that in the very beginning, or are wakeboarding in a steady-wind area. As far as I've heard, it's a really good kite with not so extreme AR and therefore better launch carateristics. Wipika Hydro or Naish...

Come on Marina!!! Who are you making commercial for in Cabarete?? Yourself?? And don't be so arrogant about flat water. Actually lots of experienced kiters love flat water (also Cabarete guys who go to the river to jump really high!) and I don't buy that bullshit about Cabarete to be the only real p...

Sorry I have no pics from the beach, but all I can tell is that it's a very large beach/laguna with absolutely no people around and lots of white sand and cocopalms:). Unfortunately it's not going to remain that way - in a few months, so I was told, there is going to bee build 5 resorts on that beac...
