Re: Don't buy Naish! Unless you're feeling lucky!

What made it clear that the damage was caused by the user? In the very first post he claimed he crashed the kite. Off course his version is that was a "standard" crash. Even me I had a "standard" crash after an unhooked kiteloop in 25+ knots and guess what? I destroyed my kite. Maybe I should play ...

Is it Inchcape Villas you're thinking of Diets?
http://www.inchcape.net/villas/index.php

A mate stayed there a few years ago and had nothing but good to say about the place and Wolfgang the owner.
I see they have three one bed apts. Didn't check price though.

Re: best place to live in Portugal?

Have you considered Eastern Algarve? Cabanas de Tavira could be a good base only 40 mins from Faro and 30 mins from Spain, very low cost of living there, local Kitecentre is Eolis Kitesurfing

I hope to retire there some day!
Good luck with the search.

Re: Shinn Monk 132 x 41 versus Deluxe Freestyle Wave 136 x40

I now weigh 196 pounds and the same board is still great :thumb: (I have the 132 x 41). Then at 145 pounds would it still be the right size for me? I've been riding the original Monk since it came out, most comfy board I've ridden so far and I've dodgy knees and ankles. I have the 132x41 as well an...

Have you tried this site? http://www.neilprydesailing.com/?p=1307 This is what came up on google for Pryde Sweden, if you click on the contact tab it takes you to Pryde UK. I had a similar situation a couple of years ago (the shop didn't burn tho') I bought an Elite II wetsuit with a weak spot in ne...

Re: Looking for jumping board that's easy on the knees

Mark, keep us posted? Would be interested in your opinion/decision...Can you demo any of the boards mentioned? What are you leaning towards?? What are the typical conditions you ride? Chop/Flat/ Waves, wind strength / kite size? Would be surprised if you find a more forgiving board than the Monk, ev...
