Gusty, shifty wind sucks especially when self launching. But I don't mind rigging for the gusts and just riding through the lulls. You can always go upwind a bit when it's blowing and sacrifice a bit of ground when the wind really drops.

Don't forget guys, even if they say "in stock", it doesn't mean they are. Kite shop websites in Europe are notorious for this.
