It rides well, however it's a little uncomfortable on its nose. I didn't have enough time to adjust the fin and strap settings, but i'm sure tweaking that would help a little.

I have the EXT and have tested the shinn wave and as far as I've tested, it is easier to get up on the EXT than the Wave in light winds. I'm talking about 11-12 kts. I agree with you. That is why I am so surprised!!

I'm flying it in 1:1 mode. Haven't tried 2:1 yet. That might make a difference, however I have finally figured out the relaunch.... First of all you have to let go of the bar. I read whats in the manual and all it says is to pull on one of the rear lines and the kite will launch immediately. Just out of curiosity, am I better off being verticle on the water add some resistance to the kite to make the lines a little tighter, so should I lay more horrizontal to that I get p...
