i ran a rope behind the harness and have a shackle on it, then attatched the leash to the shackle. i also have a pin release at the other end of the leash.

after reading this i recall the HF not relaunching at the velocity games also. someone was demoing one and it touched down close to shore... the guy was on his feet and tried to get it to relaunch, i think modica or some other rider helped it back into the air.

i watched for a little today....it was super light again. saw shannon trying to head out on the 17....well i guess thats what it was since theres no markings on it whatsoever, he couldnt even hold ground on it while a local from here was holding ground on a 20 meter. they both are about the same wei...
i can ride my 16 and stay upwind in about 11 mph...so i should be able to keep my ground on the hellfish 17 at what 8-9? ill be out there tommarow afternoon and hope to try one out
ill say this...i arrived around 5 when the wind picked up a little and saw the hellfish just being launched. the rider was holding ground and through a few underpowered tricks. powered in 5-8 knots? not from what i saw. personally i dont ride unless its atleast 15mph, but then again im spoiled here....
