I can relaunch my ovis easy from the water , pull both rear lines in light wind and reverse launch ,hope that helps

Perfect kite for beginners, lot's of schools use this kite ,easy to relaunch ,very forgiving ,stable and compfy on the bar . Some people like it also for freestyle with some more wind :-) if you get the kite compl for cheap it's a good deal , if you are more than 70 kg go for the 12 m . Have fun and...

I made the 9 my low wind day kite as I can go out when everybody is on his 12 and I'm well powered with my 65 kg even on my 115 twin .
We mostly get not more than 25 kn and from 16/17 the fun starts on the 7 wich is kind of special to me , a real fun power packet

The Ov 13 exact size is 13.380826 m2 , found that info on Eric's FB page .
And for your Bar ,just make it equal length when fully powered and give it a 25 cm /11" depower rope , that should work .
I would give it a try in 10 kn first time

That's what I thought ,too. All 7 are cool , Normally I'm mostly on a 9 but as this 7 has some sort the same output than my 9 and flies really special ,I changed to that 7 , you have to try to believe, just try to demo one somewhere for one hour . have fun .
