I have 5 discs removed and have had a number of laminectomies. I kited with a waist harness for a long time, the advantage being that the lower back twists less than with a waist harness. There are more places on the east coast of Mexico than the west from Progresso east. Shallow water with good schools that can get you out in almost any wind direction on Isla Holbox (Holbox Kiteboarding school) and Isla Blanca (Ikarus Kiteboarding school). The anonymity of the internet in regards to forums and news sites brings out the worst in some people. There is no need for personal attacks, take the anger and go for a walk, a swim, surf, kite, bike...work it out.

2 things to add to some good advice from others. 1: push hard with your legs when doing the power stroke.
