I tried to buy the latest issue but there was a http problem and I didn't get it. Still I don't know if the payment was done.

The app is very slow and it seems that it shouldn't be published yet
The intention is good but it's for no use if it don't work.

I agree, it's very important to buy a kite with a wide windrange (lots of depower) and there are many of 4 line kites, for example Ocean Rodeo Rise and Razor. You can find a Rise cheaper than a Razor because Razor is the latest (2011) model of those. Easy to relaunch and easy to fly and durable. But...

I can agree that there are a difference but because the Razor is faster and have a more constant pull it's quite close. I believe that a 10m Razor should have the same low end as a Rise 12m.
