Re: Norths Compact Surf Concept: Board measurements for Pro

I did try that for another board but it was quite some work but the second one should be easier/faster. The issue is the rocker & convave. Can anybody advise on these measure??? Thanks in advance.

Re: Switch Helium 18m-Light Wind Kite

Just wanted to let you know my first impression on the kite which I received at the beginning of the month and that I had the chance to try in Cape Hatteras. I had two sessions on the Helium in fairly light wind (approx. 10 knots) in conjonction with my home made Spleen Door (170 X 50 cm) so I was o...

Norths Compact Surf Concept: Board measurements for Pro Ser

Hello fellow BBs, just came across an ad from North and thought that these boards could be good strapless fun but at the price asked, I think I would be better to build my own ;-) Is there anybody that could share the width of the board(s) (optimally at each 5 cm but longer legs is better than nothi...

With luggage weight restrictions, I fear that if you try to fit more your bag will be over the limit...

Re: Don't buy Naish! Unless you're feeling lucky!

I must agree that retaining customers is vital to a fairly small industry likes kitesurfing... I had a bad experience with Cabrinha and now that I've decided to replace my quiver of 4 kites, I did not even consider the brand as a possibility mainly for their poor customer services... Anyway I hope y...

Re: Why did you started with Kiteboarding?

What a great question, I should have think of that before... Anyhow I came across a video online at the beginning of the 2000s but never had time to give it a go and forgot about it for a while... I saw somebody trying in 2004 and thought I should try, coming from a skateboard and snowboard backgrou...

Re: Is a chicken loop really needed?

The reason why I asked in the first place is that I am starting to wonder if I needed the full power of the kite 20-30cm away from me. Like it was mentionned before, my arm are as long as they are. I accidentally unhook onge while riding but there was no harm done and this is not the main reason of ...
