Anyone seen, used or have opinions on this product?
Obvious durability & reliability issues but there is one thing I really like. It appears you wouldn't have to unhook from the trim loop to shackle in. That aspect might make up for the other concerns. What do you think

Also, do you think this would work with a Rotorbar? Please reply. Thanks for your time.

not having to unhook to close the shackle is an issue i have just run into on my new waist harness as i shortened the rope to my shackle too much.

the chicken loop could still hang on the shacjkle when you release.
So you should use a metal ring instead of the loop.
Then it should work fine, ease attachment to all spreader bars.
I know this product since I know the guy doing it and showed a former system to him which he improved.

I've been using it since about a year now. No reliability or durability problems so far. Mine came made of black belt without the advertising on it. You still need to have or buy the Wichard hook as the belt doesn't come with it.
The belt lets you adjust the distance between your spreader bar and the Wichard with a velcro quite easily. Once I found my length I just left it like that though.
IMO it's a good and simple way of connecting your Wichard hook to your spreader bar w/o having to fiddle about with knots or some other odd looking do-it-yourself tying solution.

I forgot...
It appears you wouldn't have to unhook from the trim loop to shackle in.
You could either have your fixed loop on your harness hook, shackle the chicken loop in and unhook from your fixed loop or you could have the chicken loop (chicken loop and trim loop are the same thing, right?) on the harness hook, shackle in and unhook.
Both works fine.
You maybe want to practice that a couple of times without the kite in the air though.
