Makes me wish i was on KF in 2003 :P
PMU could have also cut me up to shreads :angryfire:

2003 was my most awesome foil year

This is what i rode from 6 knots to 40 knots

I owned: 25M...16M...12M...9M...7M...5M...4M...3M...2M.......closed cells water foils Concept Air

You would have surely put me down and called them ridiculous  Concept Scares

Yeah....9 Foils......a real PMU nightmare....with heavy night sweats
P.S. "all" with bar/lines on them for very fast launch

It is fair to mention that in 2021LW tube kites have really evolved for water use
....and at this time i am no longer on the SP3 21...
....but this maybe just until the next generation SP4 21 :D

I do just fine on Core XR2LW 19M in my backyard waves this year :D

Ted Bautista is a straight up guy with a lot of passion for the sport and tells it how he sees it, period, regardless of his opinion will be popular or not.

This isn't about Ted... this is about his propaganda. Rather than arguing about Ted, let us know which of his LIES below you agree with.

Well, with the continuing implosion of ram airs, their deteriorating market share, and the growing acceptance of their inferiority by the vast majority of riders, it is interesting to reflect on some of the ridiculous claims made by Ram Lovers in the past. Through our years of collective experience and with a greater understanding of aerodynamics, it is interesting to review some of the ridiculous claims made by ram lovers:

RAM AIR Pros (as stated by the U.S. Flysurfer importer):
- More efficient on snow
-- Bullshit proven: The vast majority of competition and free riders prefer inflatables on the snow.
- Huge wind range
-- Bullshit proven. If anything, ram airs have a narrower wind range.
- Better glide ability
-- Bullshit proven.
- Easier to relaunch on snow
-- Bullshit proven.

Ignore the lies. Ignore the ram propaganda. Overall, inflatables are vastly superior to rams.
