Best rocker shape

In your opinnios what is the best shape of rocker?
Im talking about shape generaly not about amount of rocker
Is better elipse rocker or just circle or something irregular with steps?
IMO after just brainstorming not real testing regular circle ist best.
Because flattest tail part witch means fastest shape.
