Hi Ryan,

did you try Wipikas homepage?http://www.wipikakiteboarding.com/w_fla ... ster2.html

There is a contact button, if you do not find the right info.

Also try http://www.vdws.de
It is a German site, but they offer courses which are accepted worldwide.

Cheers
Toby

Have heard Wipika will no longer be sponsoring the instructors courses. Something about a conflict of interest. May be a rumour but I'd be looking into it before I forked out any cash. Good luck.

I have been inquiring around and it really seems like there is no internationally recognized group or organization that can issue kite instruction courses and certificates. At this stage these certifications have only validity at a local level at best.

But the VDWS offers a certificate which is respected throughout the world, since a lot of surfschools worldwide are a member of the VDWS. Unfortunately the next course will be in spring (Hurgada, Egypt)

Go to http://www.kitexcite.com. or email info@kitexcite.com. They are located in cabarete, Dominican Republic and offer instructor courses/certification from the International Windsurfing Association.
