anyone have any feedback on the 11.8 01 AirBlast???

..it depends. I bought this kite in April2001 and destroyed it within four weeks(delaminated front tube). The kite has been exchanged by Wipika in September and it still looks like new (I used it). One of the best kites in 2001, I'm still happy with it.

This Ranges are valid for my 75kg and a 161cm Wake:
7 knots: Flying more or less stable
9 knots: Keep height with a long directional.
11 knots: Going upwind with a wake
13-15 knots feel comfortable, jumping
17 knots already overpowered on the water, but ok
20 knots lifting me if calm in upper position
Some guys go in higher winds, but for me it wont be fun.
I use battens in the tips.
