Does anyone have an inovative way to remove the water that into a kite blatter.

Teaching this last weekend and one of the students 'washed' sand off the kite by submerging the kite well the leading edge wasn't closed, enough said.

Figured someone would have come up with something more sure fire way then hanging the ends

Yup. We sure did. Hang the ends with the inflation point at the lowest point. I put some air in there then hang it then let the plug out. Fun huh?

A few days ago when I was out body dragging, I managed to crash my kite in the water and the leading edge deflated (the plug just came out) and I got some water in the bladder. I got most of it out, but its still wet inside it... is this going to damage anything? Should I make sure its totally dry? Or is it just a weight issue?
