kitesurf spots in les landes (france)

I will be there for one week (end july). I will be surfing Hossegor, seignosse ... but i think that there must be good kitesurfing spots on that area.

Which is the best place for kitesurfing in Hossegor area??

Is there any prohibition during july and august?? Which kite size do you use????
