I would like to know, if it is a good place to go to for christmas. does anyone have information regarding kitesurfing on isla margarita?

I have heard of El Yaque to be the best spot around. But kitesurfing is only allowed at the main beach from 8-9.30 am and after 5.30 pm. Winds are good, specially at noon the wind picks up. Playa El Agua should be a nice beach too. Found a picture in the web and will post more, if I get my hands on it!
